Bruno L’ecuyer holds Special Consultative Status at The United Nations and is the first CEO of the Investment Migration Council (IMC). He leads the secretariat reporting to the governing board and is responsible for all IMC operations. He is a regular contributor to international publications and conferences in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and he has held positions in London, Paris, and Hong Kong. L’ecuyer was previously the head of a national financial services association, acting as a bridge between government and industry. He has extensive expertise and experience in the management and expansion of professional services associations.
